EAST COAST CONFERENCE NOV 14-16, 2008.

Students for a Free Tibet Canada will be holding our annual Eastern Regional Leadership Conference from November 14-16 in Toronto, ON.

For those of you who have never been to an SFT conference or camp, it is a must! Workshops and trainings include non-violent direct action, media, campaign strategy, grassroots organizing, fundraising and a lot more! It is also a great opportunity to meet, share skills and strategize with fellow freedom fighters from all over Eastern Canada.

For you seasoned conference and camp goers, we will have advanced workshops to help you become an even more effective leader and activist.

So start planning your travel arrangements and fill out the application form below.

IMPORTANT DATES

*Application deadline: November 7, 2008
Upon receiving your application, we will send you an email confirming your attendance to the conference.

*Travel plans deadline: November 8, 2008
Participants from out of town should plan to arrive the afternoon of November 14 and leave the evening of November 16.

*Each participant must pay a registration fee of $45 or $35 for high school students. This fee covers all meals and accommodation (if needed). If you want to attend the conference but cannot because of the registration fee, please contact us.
